Management Team

Nancy is responsible for financial management and reporting as well as strategic finance and human resources at Daptiv. She brings extensive experience in managing finances and operations at high growth companies. Nancy joined Daptiv in 2005, and brings more than 15 years experience in finance, operations and human resources. Before joining the Executive team at Daptiv, she was CFO at TietoEnator MAJIQ, Inc. where she had responsibility for all financial and human resources functions in North America & Asia, including companies in Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, China and the US. Prior to her tenure at TietoEnator MAJIQ, Ordway was Controller at The Topline Corporation. A proven financial manager, Ordway is experienced in M&A as well as international accounting. Her strong background in MIS enables her to implement systems and processes "that really work" to drive results. Rated one of TeietoEnator MAJIQ's top managers, she is a strong leader of people and has developed an admirable reputation for helping staff apply and develop their talents. Nancy earned her BS at Portland State University and a Masters in International Management with distiniction at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
