Management Team

Steven joined Daptiv in 2003. He is charged with advancing the company's products and services as well as with creating the partner ecosystem to build next generation collaborative business applications. Steven brings to Daptiv more than 18 years’ financial, operational, and technical expertise, and proven experience in building and leading high-growth companies. Prior to joining Daptiv, Steven served as the CEO of CypherGuard, a leading provider of encryption technology for real-time collaboration and data exchange. Prior to CypherGuard, Steven served as President and CEO at Viathan Corporation, the industry's first developer of storage virtualization technology. He also served as Chief Technology Officer at Avatar, a Seattle-based technology consulting firm. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Steven held positions in Software Engineering and program management for Microsoft and was on the management team of McCaw Communications. Steven earned his BA at the University of Washington.
